Buckeye Imagination Museum offers an exciting space that will keep the birthday kid and all their friends entertained. Having a private after-hour birthday party allows you to make priceless memories with your family and friends, while having the museum to yourselves. We’ll even take care of the clean-up, which means less work for you!

After-Hour Birthday Parties Include:
Included in your birthday party package is a 2-hour private rental of the first floor of Buckeye Imagination Museum (the Lobby/Yellow Gallery and the Blue Gallery) for up to 50 total guests. The number of total guests includes adults and children ages 2 and up, both members and non-members, including the host family.
Party Times
April 1st – November 30th
5:30 – 7:30pm Tuesday – Saturday
December 1st – March 31st
5:30 – 7:30pm Tuesday – Sunday
Party rentals are for 2 hours, including time for cleanup. Parties may access the designated party space up to 30 minutes prior to the party’s scheduled start time. Parties must arrive with at least 1 adult for every 5 children; not doing so may result in a forfeiture of the party reservation and being unable to enter/remain in the museum. “Drop off” parties are prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times and adults must be present.
Outside food and drink are allowed but must remain in the designated party space. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. No electrical appliances are permitted, including crockpots, chafer stands, and other warming/heating devices. Coolers are permitted. Parties provide their own tableware (plates, cups, napkins, utensils, tablecloths, etc.). There is no access to kitchen facilities.
Tabletop/chair decorations and freestanding decorations are welcome, but nothing may be affixed to the walls. Balloons are welcome but must remain within the designated party space. The following are not permitted: glitter, confetti, silly string, sparklers, pinatas, and adhesives/hanging materials such as tape, glue, nails, tacks, etc. Outside entertainment is not permitted.
The full balance must be paid at the time of booking. We advise booking your party two months in advance to ensure you get the date and time you prefer. Cancellations with less than a two-week notice are non-refundable.
