GROUP RATE: Groups and field trips of 20+ individuals may be eligible for a discounted group rate by booking with us in advance. Groups and field trips are available Monday-Thursday. Coupons and other discounts are not valid for field trips. Memberships do not apply to the group rate.
For groups/field trips scheduled on a Monday while we are closed to the public, the group rate is $12 per child ages 2 and up and the group must have 100 or more paying participants. Children under 2 are free, and 1 chaperone is free for every 5 paying participants.
For groups/field trips scheduled Tuesday-Thursday while we are open to the public, the group rate is $10 per child ages 2 and up. Children under 2 are free, and 1 chaperone is free for every 5 paying participants.
Groups and field trips are not available Friday-Sunday.
TO QUALIFY FOR THE GROUP RATE:
- Groups and field trips must have at least 20 paid admissions
- Groups and field trips must be paid for in one transaction
- Groups and field trips must put down a $50 deposit or P.O. number at the time of booking
- Groups and field trips must arrive with a minimum of one adult for every five children
- Coupons and other discounts are not valid for groups/field trips
- Memberships do not apply to groups/field trips
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE TAKING A FIELD TRIP TO BUCKEYE IMAGINATION MUSEUM:
- Field trips last 2 hours, including time for instructions, lunch, and clean-up.
- Field trips must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to your visit. (Although, spring field trips often get booked up to a year in advance, so the sooner, the better!)
- Your group will be assigned a classroom where you can store your things and eat lunch.
- You must arrive with a minimum of one adult for every five children.
- Staff will meet your group, go over the rules, and then you will be on your own to explore the museum.
- To qualify for the group rate, groups must be paid for in a single transaction. We accept cash, check, MasterCard/Visa. Coupons and other discounts are not valid for field trips. Memberships do not apply to group rates.
